Anti-Spam in a Nutshell

Singapore Anti-Spam bill is effective and all marketers must take note of these regulations. You are welcome to read the bill on IDA website. In the nutshell, here are the rules.

1. ADV must appear on the subject line of any promotional emails. This applies to SMS broadcast as well.

2. Any unsolicited emails and SMS must include the option for the recipient to unsubscribe.

3. Sender must honour the request to unsubscribe. The receipient can take action otherwise.
